PMAlliance‘s national open enrollment project management training schedule has been posted. The initial calendar consists of an eight city event beginning in Nashville, this April. The program consists of our flagship Duration-Driven® Planning & Control course and our Advanced Microsoft Project course. They can be taken together as a 3 day course or taken individually.
| DURATION-DRIVEN COURSE DESCRIPTION (2 DAY) HERE Duration-Driven® Planning & Control, is a two-day program on basic project management techniques, which will arm students with the skills to be well equipped to participate in the creation of project plans and teaches them the value of a disciplined control process for maintaining the plans throughout the life of the project. The combination of these two courses offers all participants immediate benefits on how project management is applied to their most important projects.ADVANCED MICROSOFT PROJECT (1 DAY) HERE This project management training course teaches students how to use Microsoft Project in a way that is compatible with sound project management practice to successfully plan and control their projects. The program is designed to be a follow-on to PMAlliance’s two-day course, Project Management; Duration-Driven® Planning and Control, by showing students how to use Microsoft Project software and apply the general project management techniques taught in the two-day program.
