Bill Wilson

Mr. Wilson founded PMAlliance in order to share the project management expertise, successes, and knowledge he gained in over 20 years with a Fortune 100 company. His specific experiences include client management and project management consulting services within the manufacturing, construction, and technology industries.

During past engagements, Mr. Wilson has been in charge of the management and implementation of many high-profile projects involving new product development, facility startups and demolitions, and factory modernizations. His specific expertise includes facilitating the development of large complex project plans, managing large project management teams, and implementing project management offices (Project Teams).

Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Production Operations Technology, and he is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. In addition, Mr. Wilson has held several leadership positions, including chairman of a local chapter of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
